Mr. Yun-Ho Hur has joined HANYANG as a new partner

Happy New Year!

HANYANG International Patent and Law Firm is pleased to announce that Mr. Yun-Ho Hur, Attorney at Law & Patent Attorney, has joined the firm as a partner on January 1, 2016. Before he started law school in 2012, Mr. Hur had practiced patent law for over ten (10) years as he was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2002.  Mr. Hur graduated from Sungkyunkwan Law School, Seoul, Korea in 2015, and was admitted to practice law in Korea. 

Over the course of his career as Patent Attorney, Mr. Hur’s practice encompassed a wide variety of intellectual property matters including: (i) handling patent prosecution; (ii) handling trials and litigations before the Korean Intellectual Property Office and the Korean Patent Court; (iii) providing technical support for the trade secret litigations; (iv) representing a Japanese Corporation at the patent infringement litigation involved with three (3) different countries, Korea, United States, and Japan; (v) providing assistance for patent licensing.
